·To formulate channels strategies for different sales divisions in consultation of concerned departmental executives.
· To plan up-gradation of existing channels/ distributors and explore new avenues where needed.
· To conclude effective and profitable business distributor contracts for different divisions and ensure strict compliance by vendors.
· To monitor the distributors sales and their analysis/ performance review as per set SOPs/ criteria.
· To ensure healthy business relationships with the distributors regarding implementation of company's policies/ projects, maintaining sustained growth.
